  West Bengal State Science & Technology Congress

Paper Presentation and Evaluation

  1. Papers that have won the Outstanding Paper Award at the Regional level have been invited for presentation at the West Bengal State Science & Technology Congress.
  2. The presenting authors have been invited to deliver oral/audio-visual presentations at the State level. They are requested to inform the Department of the name of the presenting author and the names of the co-authors who will physically attend the Congress.
  3. Each presenting author will be allotted 6 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
  4. The presenting author may present the paper in Bengali, any vernacular language, or English.
  5. The best three papers in each discipline will be awarded at the State level.
  6. It may kindly be noted that refreshments will be arranged for all participants. However, accommodation can be provided only to the presenting author.
