The Abstracts submitted at the Regional level will be shortlisted based on the goal, methodology, results, critical analysis and interpretation of scientific findings.
For the checking of plagiarism, the host Institutes may use free software in case of non-availability of proprietary software.
Only the Authors of the shortlisted Abstracts will be invited for the oral/ audio-visual presentation of their papers at the Regional level.
Each presenting author will get 12 minutes for presentation (8 minutes for oral/audio-visual presentation and 4 minutes for discussion).
The presenting Author can present his paper in English or vernacular.
The best three papers in each discipline will be awarded at the Regional level.
